Return Policy of Defective Products

Our company's support to professionals, made us create a well organized online store that allows you through the complete descriptions of every product, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with all the available products from the comfort of your home.

In order to support our customers, so as to highlight the benefits of internet use in our daily purchases and to release you from the stress of safe transportation of products, we offer you the option of product return. Below, we cite the conditions and the ways to return non-defective products.

Terms of Return:

The receipt date of your order (with the defective product) should not exceed a 4 working days period.

Process of return:

Return via courier

• You should package the product in a larger box, for its protection during shipment.

• You should place inside the package, a document that will state if you wish to receive the same goods or any other goods of equal value. The product should be considered adequate for return.

• You should send the parcel through the courier agency from which you picked up your order, pointing attention to Returns Department. Please, note that return costs are surcharged to the customer.

We would like to point out that, if the product does not meet the above conditions as "defective product", it will be returned to the sender with the same charge.
