This specially formulated Pre-Base Cleanser prevents chipping while prepping and priming the natural nail surface for ultimate adhesion of nail lacquers and treatments.
Directions: Apply to clean, dry bare natural nails prior to applying a base coat and Color Club nail color. For best results, we recommend Stuck On You Ultra Adhesive Base Coat.
